A Developmental Program for 6th-8th Graders!
Open to all students in grades 6–8, this program welcomes both first-time rowers and those with prior experience. The focus is on building a strong foundation in fundamental rowing skills, including proper technique, teamwork, and on-the-water awareness. Through structured practices and age-appropriate instruction, athletes are introduced to the sport in a way that emphasizes safety, confidence, and skill development.
Coaches foster a welcoming, enjoyable, and supportive environment where every participant feels valued and encouraged. Students can expect to see steady progress throughout the season, both individually and as part of a team, while developing discipline, resilience, and a love for rowing that extends beyond the water.
