The Foundry is a local non-profit organization located in the flats of Cleveland. Our mission is to transform the lives of Cleveland’s youth through access to the sports of rowing and sailing.
Learn to sail this summer on Lake Erie at the Foundry's sailing center located at the Historic Coast Guard Station situated on Whiskey Island at 1000 Cuyahoga River Road. During our camps, middle and high school students will learn the basics of sailing, build fitness, discover and experience Cleveland's waterways and even conduct experiments in a safe and fun environment led by our skilled instructors. Enjoy the best views of Cleveland and beat the heat by learning to sail this summer at the Foundry sailing center.
Our summer youth sailing program is open to students in 6th - 12th grades. Any questions regarding program selection can be directed to the coaching staff at foundrysailing@clevelandfoundry.org.
