A swim safety test is required for all youth program registrations. If your youth sailor or rower needs swim lessons or safety testing, please contact The Foundry for assistance.

To complete the required Swim Test Form, download the form below and schedule a safety test with your local swim center, recreation center, club, or public pool. Bring two blank copies of the form to your appointment. After the test, keep one copy for your records and return the signed original to The Foundry to upload with your registration. This is a one-time requirement and will remain on file for all future Foundry youth programs.
