JUNIOR SAIL CAMP

Experience the fun at Junior Sail Camp hosted by the Cleveland Foundry, and learn to sail in a safe and fun environment. Participants will learn to develop a foundation of sailing skills, including boating safety, parts of the boat, terminology, rigging, points of sail and basic boat handling. This program is open to individuals from no sailing experience to intermediate sailing skills and knowledge.

Enjoy the best views of Cleveland and beat the heat by learning to sail this summer at the Foundry sailing center. Our junior sail camp is open to students in 6th - 12th grades. The Foundry provides instruction by a certified coach, professionally maintained boats, insurance, safety fleet, safety gear and administrative support.

Classroom and on-the-water sessions take place at the Foundry’s Sailing Center at the Cleveland’s Historic Coast Guard Station.

 

WEEKLY SESSIONS

Rate: $325 per participant per week

Each session is Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

• Session 2: Jun 12 2023 to Jun 16 2023 (SESSION FULL)

• Session 3: Jun 19 2023 to Jun 23 2023

• Session 4: Jun 26 2023 to Jun 30 2023

• Session 5: Jul 10 2023 to Jul 14 2023

• Session 6: Jul 17 2023 to Jul 21 2023

• Session 7: Jul 24 2023 to Jul 28 2023
