What is foundry Rowing and Sailing?

Sailing and rowing are both water-based activities, but they differ significantly in their mechanics, physical demands, and the skills required. Sailing utilizes wind power to propel a boat, demanding knowledge of wind direction, sail trim, and boat handling, while also requiring some physical exertion for maneuvering and balancing. Rowing, on the other hand, is a purely human-powered activity where oars are used to propel the boat forward, requiring sustained physical effort and rhythmic coordination.
