Our Present
Cleveland Foundry Juniors is and will continue to be the premier place to find fitness, fun, and champions in a competitive atmosphere in Greater Cleveland. Foundry Juniors has recently moved from the Cleveland Rowing Foundation boathouse to The Foundry Community Rowing & Sailing Center. The Foundry shares the Foundry Juniors' core values and promotes an atmosphere conducive to boat speed, physical fitness, wellness programming, and fun.
We are a team of Cleveland student-athletes that uses rowing to move forward in strength and connection. We are committed to the journey and the authenticity of the hustle.
Hard-work is home for us.

Our Past
Rebranded from "Cleveland Youth Rowing Association" in January 2018, Cleveland Foundry Juniors is Cleveland’s oldest existing junior rowing program. In 1988, Foundry Juniors was actually the Beaumont Blue Streaks’ high school rowing team. In 2000, the team became Cleveland Scholastic Rowing Association, open to girls from all schools in Greater Cleveland. In 2009, Burning River Boys’ Crew merged with Cleveland Scholastic Rowing Association to become one co-ed junior rowing club. In 2011, we changed our name to Cleveland Youth Rowing Association to better reflect the team’s mission as a club open to rowers from all schools.
