ADULT INDOOR ROWING

ROWING FOR FITNESS

The Foundry Community Rowing and Sailing Center is a unique fitness amenity located in downtown Cleveland. Our adult Rowing for Fitness classes are one hour long and are open to beginners as well as seasoned rowers. In fact, it is common for about 60% of each class to be new to the sport of rowing. Coached by our knowledgeable staff, Rowing for Fitness is open to the public and welcomes all skill levels. We want to give you the workout you need, while still focusing on proper (sweep) technique using two hands on one oar.

Payment of $20 per person, per session is required at registration.

The foundry recommends taking at least 3 beginner classes before registering for an experienced class.
