This 16-hour hands-on, on-the-water course is for anyone who wants to learn how to safely operate a small motorboat and improve their boat handling skills. No previous experience is required! The US Coast Guard and the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) have approved this course and an increasing number of states have recognized it as meeting their requirements for a State Boating Education Certificate. This course combines classroom instruction with practical, hands-on experience for both the new boater and seasoned boater alike.

The course will take place over 2 days at the Foundry's sailing center located at the Historic Coast Guard Station off of Wendy Park in Cleveland, OH.

• Saturday, May 21st and Sunday, May 22nd
• 8:30am - 5:00pm • Cost: $300.00 - Register before April 21st for early registration discount
